Artist To Watch: Andrzej Nowicki

Andrzej Nowicki is an artist unlike no other.
Polish-born and South African-raised, who after spending years in New York currently now resides and works in Melbourne, Australia.

Working with collage and paint, Andrzej’s mixed media reflect imaginary worlds to gather in their own shadowy images.
Abundant in curiosity and mystery, you feel a desire to inhabit this poetic world of mythology – or perhaps existing, just simply a fragment of a darker perspective.

Andrzej’s current show ‘Colour Won’t Mask Your Dark Black Heart’ is currently showing at Melbourne’s Tristian Koenig Gallery.
We highly recommend the show as a must visit. Andrzej is an fascinating emerging artist to definitely watch and even grab a piece from early. We envision big things for this artist.
